Traditional Nordic Sauna Experience

  • Step inside a 16-foot all-cedar barrel sauna, hand-stoked with a Finnish cast-iron IKI stove that reaches 200°F. Feel real heat, real steam, real wood smoke. Ladle water onto the rocks and feel the worries melt away.
  • Whether you're hosting an event in Charleston, hanging out with friends, or running away from the global capitalist system, our sauna and cold plunges will be there to disconnect from all your worries.

  • Pair the sauna with our cold plunge trailer for the complete Nordic experience. The contrast between extreme heat and cold water is one of the most powerful recovery and wellness practices in the world.
  • 150 gallon, stainless-steel, cold plunge barrels hooked up to powerful chillers and a heated outdoor shower for the ultimate outdoor contrast therapy experience. Your skin will look so good you won't have to edit your photos!

Rental Pricing & Add-ons

Sauna

Sauna rental includes sauna delivered to your door that fits 10 people. Turkish towels (100% cotton), wool sauna hats, flip flops and plenty of wood to burn are included!

1 day - $400
Weekend - $600

Cold Plunge

Cold plunge trailer rental includes two, 150 gallon stainless steel cold plunge tubs powered by 1 hp chillers (will go down and stay at 40° F!) and an outdoor shower station to hose off before going in and after getting out. Includes Turkish towels, wool sauna hats and flip flops!

Note: May require small generator if electricity is unavailable. I will charge cost + $50 fee to pick up at nearest equipment rental.

In case you need someone to keep the fire fed and be on hand so you can focus on schwitzing!
